Separation of duties report

Use this report to view conflicting entitlements for users. You can filter the contents of the report by user or apps.

Each row in the report represents a user with a separation of duties (SOD) conflict, and includes the corresponding app, SOD rule, and entitlements in the conflict.

This report can also help you meet audit and compliance requirements.

Before you begin

  • Sign in as a super admin, org admin, read-only admin, mobile admin, or reports admin.
  • Ensure that you have apps with Governance Engine enabled and have created entitlements.
  • Disable your browser's pop-up blocker.

Get report

  1. In the Admin Console, go to ReportsReports.
  2. In the Entitlements and Access section, click Separation of Duties.
  3. Optional. Click Edit Filters.
  4. Select one of the following fields, choose an operator, and then enter an appropriate value:

    Application Enter the name of the app to include.
    UserEnter the name of the user to include.
  5. Optional. Click Add Filter to add more filters, or click X to remove a filter.
  6. Click Apply to view the report.

    To download the report, click CSV Export.
